Reason why I relapsed

  1. Pressure from exams, and assignments
  2. Fear of failure
  3. Loneliness

Countermeasure

  1. Not sure. Need to practice not to procrastinate?
  2. Not sure. Need to practice accepting failure.
  3. Find other people on the internet communities(Expanding).

New practical things that I've learned

  • Umm... nothing really...

Reason why I relapsed

  1. Swayed by other people defining me as a lazy person
  2. Failed to control stress and emotion

Countermeasure

  1. Not sure. 'Breath→feel→ask→listen→choose' ?
  2. Not sure. 'Breath→feel→ask→listen→choose' ?

New practical things that I've learned

  • Being a creator helps me stay more focused on learning. Google Docs note, and Wikipedia
  • Habitica is an useful tool to build good, and small habits.
